Peter Thompson - Group Manager

Peter's family history is one of Plumbing with his Great Grandfather operating a Plumbing and Drainage  business in Adelaide. His father was also a Plumber in Perth and was involved in the establishment of the Pre-apprenticeship scheme through the Technical Colleges for the Plumbing Industry in WA. Peter also has 2 sons whom are both Plumbers working with Sanwell.

Peter commenced his apprenticeship with Lyons and Pierce in Osborne Park where he stayed for 15 years. Over that period he was involved in Mechanical Services and Commercial Plumbing on major construction projects.

In 1985 he joined Sanwell and has been there ever since. Peter is now the licence holder for all of Sanwell and Associated Companies within WA for plumbing and gasfitting activities.

His responsibility within Sanwell is the day to day management of the Group's construction projects, from tender to completion and everything in between. Peter also oversees the Groups Associated Companies

Peter's out of hours interests include travel, men's softball, collecting die-cast model cars, cruising in his 67 mustang, antiques and old memorabilia
