Comprising 7 different buildings, Sanwell were appointed to undertake the hydraulic & infrastucture services for the complex.
Services provided include sanitary systems, hot & cold water, LP gas, fire , sewer including an Ecomax sewage treatment system & stormwater drainage. |

This project displayed Sanwell's multi-tasking abilities to its best.
Initially awarded the task of diverting & upgrading to 2100 diameter the Perth main stormwater drain system, Sanwell was then awarded the hydraulic & drainage services for the entire 50,000 m2 site. |
