Garden City Booragoon

Sanwell were appointed as head contractor for the forward works, prior to the major shopping centre extensions.

The work comprised of major earthworks, cutting & filling the site, construction of retaining walls, roadways & carparks, as well as the provision of the hydraulic, electrical services, fire services & a small amount of building works.

ECU Joondalup

Acting as the head contractor liasing with the Architect & client, Sanwell were responsible for managing the project as well as the construction of the civil works including the earthworks for the new $50 million library building. Other services provided including the extension of the 400 dia mechanical services chilled water mains, electrical services, fire & water services including tanks & pumps through out the campus.

Murray Lakes Canals, Yunderup, Western Australia

Sewer and water Mains were constructed for the intricate canal system.

Midland Gate Shopping Centre

Prior to the construction of the new shopping complex, Sanwell were appointed to undertake the diversion & upgrade of the Authority services including 375 dia sewer, 600 dia water main & 1500 dia stormwater mains serving the surrounding district.

Casurina Prison, Canning Vale, Western Australia

The Sanwell Group built the prison's sewerage main pump station and 7 kilometre sewer rising main.

Canningvale Juvenile Detention Centre

As the head contractor Sanwell reported to the client & were responsible for the installation of the main water, fire, gas, sewer, electrical, communications & reticulation services.

The works included the commission of the reticulation bore, forming an artifical lake & pumping systems.

Woolworths Distribution Centre

Prior to the construction of the facility, Sanwell undertook the earthworks & site preparation covering 120,000m2.

Oombulgurri Community Infrastructure

Sanwell were appointed as the head contractor for this remote project.

After setting up accomodation & messing facilities for the work force, Sanwell under took the installation of all of the infrastructure including roads, power, street lighting, sewer & water mains, sewer treatment plant & ponds, potable water treatment, telemetry sytems & the connection of these services to the existing community houses

UWA Nedlands

Sanwell were appointed to undertake the extension of the 7 metre deep main sewer

Yakanarra Community Infrastructure

Similar to the Ombulgurri project, Sanwell were appointed as the head contractor & undertook the construction of the communities sewage & potable water schemes providing the earthworks & construction of the treatment plants & ponds, pump stations, rising mains, telemetry system, power supplies & connection of these services to the community houses

Port Hedland

The works comprised the extension of the Authority sewer & water mains to the new Aged Care Facility

Salinity Controls, Wagin and the South West of Western Australia

Sanwell was responsible for building contour channels to control salinity throughout this agricultural region.

East Perth Redevelopment, Claisebrook, Western Australia

Sanwell constructed deep sewerage mains pump station, rising mains and stormwater drainage for this inner urban renewal project.

Subiaco Railway Station and Tunnel, Subiaco, Western Australia

Diversion of existing sewer, storm water and water trunk mains and construction of hydraulic services to the new railway station to underground railway in the Subiaco redevelopment precinct.
