Project Plumbing were appointed to under take the specialist gasses installations in this laboratory building.

Services provided included LPG gas, oxygen, nitrogen & compressed air services as well as the plant & equipment.

The Hoya lens company is a high tech facility for the production of precision lens.

Sanwell were appointed to not only design & construct standard hydraulic services, but also the specialist drainage & water sytems required to allow the sophisicated machinery to operate at its maximum. Services include de-ionized water, trade waste systems including filtration & pump stations.

When BHP commited to relocate their test facility, Sanwell were invited to assist with cost planning & installation.

 As well as specialist services which included CO2, Nitrogen, Actylene Oxygen & non potable water services, Sanwell provided high tech waste water treatment & monitoring facilities to meet very specific requirements within tight time frame in order to minimize down time during the transition from one premises to the other. 

This state of the art 4 storey teaching & research facility again allowed Sanwell to display it's skills & versatility.

Sanwell were engaged to provide the process water system & the de-ionized water system including the processing plant, tanks, pumps & controls

Sanwell were appointed to undertake the relocation, overhaul & installation of the Renal Dialysis system.

Once again time was of the essence & the relocation, overhaul, installation & commissioning was undertaken over the space of just one weekend & included the provision of new filter media & special stainless steel basins designed specifically to cater for diaylsis applications.
