Comprising a state of the art four storey teaching & research facility, Sanwell were appointed as the hydraulic services contractor.
As well as installing specialist systems such as de-ionized & process water systems, Sanwell undertook the sanitary & laboratory installations including trade waste drains, gas, potable & non-potable hot & cold water systems, fire service, stormwater drainage all to the universities unique standards |

This precinct comprises of two buildings.
Sanwell have been appointed to provide the hydraulic services including sanitary systems, trade waste systems & monitoring, potable & non-potable water, de-ionized water, fire, gas &drainage systems as well as the civil drainage & service extensions |

| Knowles Plumbing undertook the hydraulic services installation for this project. In addition to providing sanitary services, hot & cold water, gas, fire, siphonic drainage, stormwater drainage, Knowles Plumbing also undertook the de-ionized water system |

Located in suburb of Marrara, Project plumbing undetook the hydraulic & medical gas services to this specialist laboratory.
Services provided included acid waste drainage including treatment, medical gasses, hot & cold water services & sanitary systems.
