It is the policy of this company to place orders for materials for a project (whenever possible) upon award of a contract or shortly thereafter. This method ensures we obviate any potential for delays in site delivery or programming issues.

Sanwell’s workforce and site management ensure that the final product is of the highest standard and finish and completed to the satisfaction of the Builder, Client, and all Local Authorities to ensure a quality Project on time and budget.

We currently operate on a system of Quality Assurance by self-certification wherever possible and can adapt to any statutory inspection requirements should a contract demand. Sanwell have an established Quality Assurance Plan, which enable the monitoring of the works and quality auditing throughout.

Sanwell is committed to protecting the health and safety of the people it employs and the people affected by its operations. Workplace Health and Safety Plans including Safe Work Method Statements are developed for each project in consultation with project team members and form part of our WHSE Management Plan.
